April update:
-reminder: April 25 from 3-4 in Eppler media center making bags for a food drive and mats for homeless shelters
-April 26 at Schuchard from 5:30 - 8:15 thank you to all who stepped up and signed up!
-officer nominations: by Friday, and unless you can make both May meetings a video of your speech to Byron by April 30 (meeting May 1)
-Wiley door decorating! Thank you to all who signed up! We still need the custodians door done! It's ok that you don't know the custodians - it's all about making the school festive and making sure that ALL employees feel appreciated! Here is some info about when you can decorate:
They can start decorating when Wiley is dismissed at 3:50pm. The teachers know we will be waiting, so they tend to high-tail it out of there as soon as the bell rings. Students are welcome to come get a large sheet of paper from our rolls in the media center ahead of time and take it home to work on, so all they have to do is show up and tape it on. If they aren’t able to be there Friday afternoon to hang, we will have volunteers to do it for them. They just need to drop it off during the week and label whose door it needs to go on. Hope this helps.
